'Quiet Reflection'

'Quiet Reflection' is inspired from looking across the sea from the shoreline on the Isle of Arran.
I love the simplicity of this view, free from any unnecessary distractions. Daily life can burden us with too many worries and I have found that finding a stillness within has been fundamental to creating a happier mental wellbeing.
My intention for this painting is to bring ease and create a ‘sanctuary for the soul’.
The warm colour palette of peach, cream and lilac are reminiscent of a glowing sunset with the purples and ochres of the sky reflecting alongside the turquoise lines in the water. The frame is hand painted in a light grey with a hint of green that sets off the painting beautifully as in the pictures.
UV varnished.

Unframed is 40cm x 40cm. £440. The sides are painted deep blue
Framed is 43cm x 43cm. £480 in a hand painted warm grey tray frame. It will come ready to hang, strung and screwed in place

In the UK, I send items by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and aim to have orders packed and shipped within five working days.
