Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Ordering
How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Paying by bank transfer
Many UK customers prefer the option to pay by bank transfer which also saves me credit card fees. If you would like to do this then email me BEFORE placing the order. You will be emailed with details of how to pay, and once the transfer is complete the artwork will be marked as sold on the website and unavailable to others.
Shipping
IMPORTANT CHANGES to shipping
Please note that due to a change to my responsibilities in caring for my family, my shipping details have been updated. Starting from 22/12/2024 I will be shipping every five weeks instead of daily. Please email me at art@lisaderrick.co.uk to get an accurate shipping date.
Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping.
If you have ordered framed: Frames are made to order, by a third party, and some are then hand painted, as specified on the product page. I will keep you updated by email as to when the frame is ready as well as when I ship your order.
Is Shipping included?
No. Shipping costs are added at checkout based on the size and weight of the work.
Note: At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly due to Covid-19 restrictions, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
What about large or high value artworks?
I appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work I have spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.
Can you ship internationally?
Not at this moment in time, however if you are desperate to purchase a piece then email me and we can discuss shipping options and payment via a bank transfer.
